This is a one story Apartment on the Ground floor with 56 sqm,
which allows Wheelchair access.
Ground floor:
Traditional Andalusian style fully equipped Kitchen / Sitting room with
wood burning Stove with glass door, Central Heating, a Gas Heater for a quick heat on chilly winter mornings and -evenings, Satellite TV,
DVD player, Stereo with CD, Tape recorder and Radio. The Kitchen
contains a 4- ring gas cooker; Microwave oven with Grill, normal sized
Fridge-Freezer, hot water Kettle, Percolator, and Toaster.
All cooking, dining facilities, and glass ware for 6 guests are available.
The Apartment has a Phone (with Voice and Data port) to make and receive phone calls. The data port is for an analogue modem to communicate with the Internet and handle your e-mails.
This apartment can also reach our WIFI server.
First Bedroom contains two single Beds, Shower, Toilet and
Wash Hand basin (en-suite).
Second Bedroom contains two single Beds, Shower, Toilet,
and Wash Hand basin.
Attention Winter Rentals: This Apartment is equipped with a comfortable central heating system (hot-water- wall-heating system). This is a very old system, used by the Romans and re-discovered only a few years ago and made to modern use.
All-inclusive prices:
Bedding and Towels are provided for use.
Extra Beds and Baby cots can be provided free of charge. Electricity,
Central Heating and one basket of Firewood are
included in our prices. A once the week cleaning service is free.
