This is a 2 bedroom, sitting room/Kitchen Apartment with 28 sqm.
This Apartment is situated on the first floor with an entrance to the second Patio with a Jacuzzi / Hot Tub for more privacy.
Traditional Andalusian style fully equipped Kitchen / Sitting room with Central Heating, a Gas Heater for a quick heat on chilly winter mornings and -evenings, Satellite TV,
DVD player, Stereo with CD, Tape recorder and Radio. The Kitchen contains a 4-
ring gas cooker; Microwave oven with Grill, normal sized Fridge-Freezer, hot water Kettle, Percolator, and Toaster. All cooking, dining facilities and glass ware for 6 guests are available.
Bedroom 1 contains one double Bed, Bathroom with Toilet, Shower and Wash Hand basin (en-suite).
Bedroom 2 contains of 2 fully sized single Bunk beds and a wardrobe. Entrance to the Bathroom is via Bedroom 1.
The Apartment has a Phone to make and receive phone calls. You
also can communicate with the Internet and handle your e-mails.
Attention Winter Rentals: This Apartment is equipped with a comfortable central heating system (hot-water- wall-heating system). This is a very old system, used by the Romans and re-discovered only a few years ago and made to modern use.
All inclusive prices:
Bedding and Towels are provided for use.
Extra Beds and Baby cots can be provided free of charge. Electricity,
Central Heating are
included in our prices. A once the week cleaning service is free.
