A two story house with Andalusian Kitchen, Dining room, Lounge, Hall and 3 Bedrooms on 120 sqm.
Traditional Andalusian style fully equipped Kitchen / Sitting room with a large glass door fireplace, a central heated wall heating system for a quick heat on chilly winter mornings and -evenings, Satellite TV, Stereo with CD, Tape recorder
and Radio. The Kitchen contains a 4-ring gas cooker; Microwave oven with Grill, normal sized Fridge-Freezer, hot water Kettle, Percolator, and Toaster. All cooking, dining facilities, and glass ware for 6 guests are available. Attention Winter Rentals: This
House is equipped with a comfortable central heating system (hot-water- wall-heating system). This is a very old system, used by the Romans and re-discovered only a few years ago and made to modern use.

All-inclusive prices for all houses:
Bedding and Towels are provided for use.
Extra Beds and Baby cots can be provided free of charge. Electricity,
Gas and one basket of Firewood are
included in our prices. A once the week cleaning service is free.

The houses are build opposite a hill, which attracts eagles and condors. The views from the houses are breathtaking (see pictures below). The houses are joint by terraces, patios and pergolas. A large swimming pool is integrated into the grounds. The total grounds are 5.25
hectares (= 13 acres) to be enjoyed.
