Car Rental:

It is highly recommended to have a car or rent one, to explore the surroundings around La Joya.  We can organise a rented car during your stay.

For 'Long term rentals' and 'Golden Age' clients the cleaning service is extra if wanted. A small surcharge for the enormous energy price increase will be added to your bill with

Summer (May to October)

Euro 1.-- per person per day for electricity and towel handling.

Winter (November to April)

Euro 2.-- per person per day for electricity, towel handling and central heating..

In all cases the end cleaning will be charged with euro 10.-- per room. (Bedroom/Bathroom will be counted as one room.)
